transplant immobilizer issue

Hi guessed its been asked many a time and i know calibra owners wont want to hear it but i have an option of an M reg calibra turbo transplant but its got the built in immobilizer and im not sure how this is going to bond into a mk1 astra?? Any help or clues on this ie does the imob become void when the ecu is phased 1/2 chipped as i heard etc.... many thanks to those who can help!
