plasma dials help

Just got my self a set of cheap plasma dials off of ebay and was wondering if anybody has fitted some themselves and if they could tell me whitch wire connects to which wire on the back of the light switch?

there is a grey wire and a red wire on the control box and i dont have a clue about what wires what on car electrics so if anybody knows what colour to splice into it would be great!

Red wire will go to the lights on wire on the clocks. Think it is Grey/Green. The other will go to Earth. Did you not get any wiring instructions??

ye i got wireing instructions but they just say "connect the wires to the switch put your dash back together and your done"
you can imageine the look on my face when id fitted them then removed the switch to find about 15 multi coloured wires going to the switch

Whatever you do, don't test the wires with the plasma dials kit. Use a bulb and wire if you don't have a multimeter. Otherwise you could blow the dials.
