need to adjust headlight

My drivers side headlight is has to be dropped in height for my nct.Was just wonderind do i turn the adjuster clockwise or anti clockwise to drop the height of the beam??
Also if the adjuster is broken,how do i replace it??

get iot done at the garage - it only cost me a tenner. I have to get it done every year usually!!

Getting it done at a garage would be a better option, that way its the right height and angle etc...

i think its clockwise for up tell ya what park infront of a wall in the dark.
turn you headlights on mark the highest line,then fiddle with the adjuster :) till its just under the pass side one

as for replacing the adjuster not sure about that one mate.
