engine juddering when pulling hard

can anybody help ? when my car is pulling hard around 4500 and above it starts juddering big time. the car was stood for 5-6 years engine management light is now out. also put into 5th or 6th gear foot down hard around 60mph it just starts juddering again , then when you back your foot of a little it stops put it down hard again it just judders again. can any body help with this?

best thing to do to start off with is to check for any fault codes, could be a number of things, such as coil, coolant temp sensor, leads, plugs etc
