can anybody help on this problem

my girlfriends got a renault scenic,she has a elecrical problem.
1,the clock and mileometer flashes and resets itself back to zero.
2,when sterio is on it turns it self on and off.
3,remote locking wont let yo get into car sometimes wont unlock,or lock
4,unlock car put key in ignition and theres no power at all no lights no starting just dead,take key out try again then it works,.

what can this be,loose conection,fuse box,euc ???????????
