electric window....

my passenger side electric window goes down ok but when tyrin to put it up it will go so far then start going up and down and up and down but will never close right-does any1 have an idea what it is?ive a p-reg 2.0l eco calibra....

Second, try pushing the round button next to the window switches at the same time you press the window switch. The window has a safety feature when it feels resistance, (rubber gasket around the window, someones arm, head...ect) the window will automatically reverse direction and stop. Its to prevent things from getting closed in the window.
While depressing the round button and the window switch the same time, the window will raise to the full closed position overriding the resistance.
Try this, see if it works.
