Is this ecu compatible with a 2.08V C20NE?

I have a 2.0 8V engine,a C20NE and a friend of mine has a chipped brain - GM90298613. It has 35 pins along 2 rows.
I was wonderin if any of you tech folk know if this is suitable for my engine?

Doesn't look like it will fit according to this list, could be wrong tho..

£5 says its an old ABS ECU not and engine ECU
