sunroof problem

hi,has anyone go any idea why my sunroof has suddenly stopped sliding back it still tilts and and will close but has stopped sliding back as nothing happens when switch is pressed (just in time for the sun) hope someone can give me some idea thanks skyman.

ok, if it is on a P, it might be worth checking the motor is bolted up right, take the head lining out and see if it has droped down or anything.

Try pulling out the plastic grommet behind the interior light. There is normally a screw sat in the grommet. If thats the case you will need to remove your sunroof motor and straighten the cables.
