Front shocks
As I changing the front lower arms on the silver cally back to
the normal bushes,the front shocks are PI so would it be better
to change them to a better type for a more smoother drive and
if so what type?

for glasgow roads, ive been using the unipart gas ones. Dont know what they are, but they last a lot longer the cheapest type, and and can handle the potholes with some comfort. Big issue today.
Also got rid of the low profile alloys added some high profile tyres makes a big difference.
