The 17's do make a huge difference.....Ive seen an LM Turbo with the 17's and it looks superb.

You'll have to mod the backbox to fit as it looks to be off an XE 16v and the hangers are different to the XEV 16v.

Finally got the new wheels fitted:

Obviously needs to come down a bit more at the back (the arch gap needs to be the same as the front) but I think its looking awesome, they've totally changed the car 8)

^^^ Thanks, but it already has 40mm springs on the back, I've got a pair of 60's to try on there :D Yes, the Cliff trim set is from Lenk Tuning, great service and very good quality

That's pretty much how I expected it to sit, what I don't get is how there was no difference at all between 40 and 60mm springs

The 60mm springs on the back are Pi, doesn't make any difference. Only way it'll go any lower is to remove the rear springs completely

Think I'm just going to leave it for now, general opinion is that it'll settle once it's been driven a bit. Pics of latest progress:

i remember when i first fitted the g-max kit mine sat high at the rear for a week or so. but i've said before as most on here know i dont rate the g-max shocks at all.
i would have went with Bilstein's shocks if i was you mate their far better, you pay a little more but they are well worth it :D
