Cheers dude, as your fully aware I made little progress this weekend as I currently cant walk

Anyway, its first road trip to get the exhaust done....

Have to give a big thanks to Gareth and the guys at Welsh Coast Customs who did all the work. Would definately recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a system, and as he has one of the most modified LETs in the country he knows his vauxhalls. Didn't get any good pics of the exhaust so hopefully Gareth will post some up. Keep an eye out for his Astra Van at PVS this weekend!

Basically had 3' pipe straight through with sports cat, heat wrapped downpipe, screamer pipe and 63mm intercooler pipes done. All polished up to a mirror finish 8)

Hears a few pics I took.

Had a few fun and games loading up the car and managed to lock the keys inside. After about an hour of cutting and bending some metal rods, we managed to make up something to get into the car without any real damage. Again thanks to everyone that hung around and helped...my bad

Finished the electrics in the engine bay, had to relocate the fpr which the below pic doesn't show and finished a bit more plumbing. Plan is to have it started Wednesday of Thursday this week for a last minute mot before PVS........its going to be VERY touch and go if I make it

That engine bay is a work of art, it's really good to see an engine of this spec going in a Calibra instead of a crappy Corsa ;) Best of luck getting her to PV.

Couple of progress pics from today.

Quick snap of the relocated fuel pressure reg, it was all a bit tight where I originally had it.....

And picked up the front bumper from the bodyshop today, needs a bit of work before it fits, still not 100% about it but will do its job nicely

If im going to make PV this weekend including tax, mot and insurance then tomorrow has to be key in the ignition day, not looking forward to it in the slightest 8-[
