got the car ready for the winter
between the rain I managed to get the car a bit prepared for the winter, Started it on Saturday and its almost done now
Got the wheels off and the car up on axle stands and gave the underside a good power wash(did that in the rain as I knew I was going to get soaked anyway) then some paint on underseal on the underside, though with the oil leak the offside was already covered half way up
then the body got snow foamed, then put Autosmart G101 through the lance and gave the wheel arches and the car a good going over. Then to make sure that all the polish/wax was removed used a new product called wax off (sort of gives it away what it does) and got rid of any tar spots with some Tar remover (Tardis from Autosmart)
washed the car then rinsed and Clayed the car all over, then dried and used a paint cleanser R222 and then 2 coats of Super resin polish followed by a coat of Blacklight then 3 coats of Collinite 476s wax

then got into the wheel arches and gave them a good clean with some degrease and G101 and Tradis, then gave the wheel arches some protection with Chemical Guys bare Bones undercarriage spray, covered sub farmes front and back and the bodywork at the rear and up behind the bumper with it

Got the wheels off and cleaned the original alloys on for the winter and gave them 3 coats with poorboys wheel sealant, and the trim got a going over with Chemical Guys new look trim gel gave the tyres a coat as well of that along with the mud flaps
only the interior to do now
