If you had the power what highway code laws would you abolish or change ?

I'll start, i'd allow undertaking on motorways, that would ease congestion like you wouldn't believe.

it would like to see all driver's doing refresher driving tests, the examiner could give you a score so you can give it to your insurance, and he could tell drivers about new things like roundabouts and traffic lights and tell you how long till he wants you to do an other refresher, " your a good driver have a score of 10 and ill see you in 5 years" " you need to watch your mirrors and not cut across roundabouts your score is 3 and ill see you in 6 month"
