how to climitise yourself???

does anyone here that travels abroad alot know how to get themselfs ready to climitize to the climate they would be going to?

as some of you may know ill be going to oz and it will; be there summer in jan and in in cold scotland! so any times of to climitize would be good

best way would be to turn your oven on full and try climb inside it

Keep yourself hydrated aswell and cover your head or you will be sorreeeee as you will get heat stroke otherwise

Where in Oz?

Vastly different climates between say Cairns in FNQ & Melbourne,Vic espec in January.

Get used to aircon, the phrase 'slip,slap,slop', buy non-cotton clothing particularly underwear & don't walk around outside in the afternoon

Take a tanker of sun block, you go pink at Billing god only knows what Ozzy sun will do to you.
