DaddyT's old V6
DaddyT's old V6
As some would have read my father is the lucky/unlucky
new owner of tris's old v6 and on the drive home something did happen that we hoped wouldlnt happen the belt snapped which meant we had to tow it the rest of the way 30 miles to get her home she is now sitting nxt to mine till the weekend to see in day light what damage has been done and if it worth fixing or sadly stripping we hope not coz it would be nice to get her back up to standard and have the father n son team going to some of the shows this year i will keep the post updated as we start looking at her

all depends on how any valves youv bent at £8.00 pop £75 for a gasket set (you should use new head bolts) it ends up being around £250 up wards + the belt so might be worth looking for a 3.0L omega and have the engine out of it
