by marko » Sat Dec 18, 2010 9:35 pm

Lost my dad to cancer 3 months ago, was gutted to lose not just my dad but my best friend also. This week my partner of 20 years who i have 2 kids with has decided to end our relationship due to my changeable moods, wants me top move out of our house which we share the mortgage on.

sorry to hear that mate ,but dont leave the house mate as in the eyes of the law it means you have given up all rights to your home and your property the only other option is to make her buy you out,or vice versa, but i wish you all the best mate as i was in the same situation a few years ago and it will get easier

Thats not good mate, have a sit down and think your options through before making any rash decisions. Think whats best for youand as Tazz says dont you move out or you could end up paying out loads, mortgage and rent on new place etc
