guess your on about valve stem oil seals? and not the guides

last set i got from local motor factors. not that much to buy just get them in a head set as i guess your stripping it to replace them

Coolio. Cylinder 3's collecting oil a little....are they be included in a head gasket set from lmf then v6 steve??

to be fair it was ma v6 not the let that i did the heads on but im sure that it will be the norm to get them in the head set

get to a local motor fctors,like partco,full head set for £25ish and will have them in there in a separate bag,but will give you a full set of gaskets for the future.

unless anyone else bought a headset but never used them,give them to the guy.
