is there a way to find out when someone has passed the test?

My reasoning is i was involved in an accident and im pretty sure they produced the green card (provisional) licence, but not 100% on this.

if you have there driver number and full details adress d.o,b etc yes you can but you will need to bend the truth a little bit when you fone the dvla and say they are about to be employed and you need to check the status of there license

Old licenses used to be green. Mine was when i first passed (old man)

They can't give any info on your license.

if you have all the details off the licence they will as i check licenses over the fone with the dvla if we employ new van drivers all i need is the photocard to check
