1st night back

Well tonight was my 1st night back to kickboxing, iv been off for over a year now, after my knee op i decided to give it up as it was getting to much,
The kids have qualified to fight at the world championships in Portugle so they have asked me to come back and help with there trainning for it, but F*** me there getting big and ma legs are killing me now

i know what you mean mate , i havent trained for the last year or so and i used to train 3 to 4 night times.

but if you get back into it slowly im sure you will start to pick it up again pretty quick.
