Open up the technical sections so Joe Public/ search engines can see them without logging in, very few are likely to sign up or even visit the site based on what can currently be read in the chat & waffle area.
Major upgrade on forum software would help too.

The chat room got to the stage it was never used same with the arcade or only used by a very small amount of people,

i always thought that guests could come on and read every thing apart from the members forum but they couldnt post unless they became site members,

should have monthly meets at different locations like a local pub or a free club calibra mug or t shirt if you join,could do wi more events for calibras and more tours nothing happens up here in highlands i dont see other calibras around!

100 % with the meets but some people just carnt be arsed
And if you got a free mug or t shirt I think the joining fee would have to go up (correct me if I'm wrong) and that would just turn more people away

the club couldn't afford to do the free mugs would be nice tho, we meet up most weekends and we where up your way in August doing the Highland tour you could have meet up with us

What i meant is everyone who would be interested could meet up from your own areas suggested place like a service station or maybe KFC etc. and have a small AGM and let everyone get their ideas and thoughts across
