Got a call back from the repair centre today about my car, she’s going to get repaired. :D
The downside is I will still have to drive that waste of metal for another week or so. :alright:

Got the car back today but she is going back in January as the airbag light is still on.

The garage tried to cancel the fault while I was there but the computer couldn’t connect to the airbag ECU, he says it could be a fuse or a damaged airbag ECU.

Could anyone who knows about this stuff let me know if he is on the right track or just feeding me bull s**t .

Everything is back to normal except that dam airbag light. I have put a post on vvoc to see if anyone can point me in the right direction. Im worried it has nothing to do with the accident and they don't fix it.

I should have updated this post  . The repair center sent it to my local Vauxhall dealer and it turns out it was a broken wire near the airbag ECU which was behind the damaged area and the insurance covered it. I know it's not everyone's first choice of a car but im averaging 50.5 miles to the gallon and i do like to make sure the turbo works twice a day to and from work. :auto-layrubber:
