nearly phone upgrade time , i think ive picked a good one
I think I will be picking up a nice upgrade next month from my 3 year old symbian (slow piece of crap o/s ) nokia 5800 express music for a HTC desire S which will handle more with a 1 ghtz processor , adaptable memory upto 32gb, 5mp camera (as to the 3.1 mp I currently have ) and some nice features and great apps .

good phone the htxc but i prefer the iphone 4 plus the new iphone is due to be released soon with more improvements!!

theres loads of free ones gordy and tbh i didnt want a iphone so this one shud do the job

good phones i still have my 5800 cant break the bloody thing its been dropped ran over lost in a muddy field still bloody works fine

Got the wildfire S...good phone though as with all things there are bits I hate, camera button is the worse one speaker on the rear for the ringtone is a bad desgin and a few other things as well...dont think I would get another one but stuck with it now for two years

iv had the htc desire for a long time now mine was fine till the other week and everytime i try to conect to the internet it gets hot and turns its self off tryed to upgrade the softwear and it turns of in the middle of the install need to get it fixed because appart from this problem its the best phone iv had

yeah the desire S is the new phone and it was tweaked a bit and slightly better than the desire so thats the reason why if going for this phone .I did look at the wildfire s but it didnt quite have the same stuff as the desire s.
tbh dave i always use the wifi connection at home when downlooading from the net , the nokia 5800 was great for that apart from the slow crappy symbian software which ive been forced to reset the phone back to default factory settings many times so the HTC should be a much smoother phone
