Well my job is so boring, I come up with weird ideas for the Calibra.

Here is the latest one...

I've nabbed one of these off ebay VN-3100PC Voice recorder It has a small external microphone on a 3.5mm jack plug, so I got a 3m extension cable.

The plan is to get a soundbite of the V6 at full chat up the strip at Santa Pod.

Ideas for mic placement welcome. (I was thinking of strapping it on the intake hose.)

Am I mad, or just not being intellectually challenged at work??

i would try it at the back nothing better than the sound of a v6 at 4500 + rpm
