i am going to buy new Suspension but not sure wat kit to go for i have been looking at either apex or gmax but dont no what is best i only want to go 40mm because i am thinking of buying 18 inch alloys to any ideas guys

I have the Apex springs...work fine with the Bilstein shocks ...my onw view is G Max is not as good, but thats my own view

H and R springs with Billys or ebach i wouldnt touch gmax not after driving ally's

I have GMAX shocks and springs and have no problems
Nothing succeeds like a budgie with nae teeth

Up the Hibs!!

Now with added Vectra VXR power

I too have had Gmax kits on two callys and both have been fine with no problems.

Its down to personal preference really as what suits one is no good for another.

I have 40mm Apex springs and dampers. I never have been keen on Gmax.

the g-max is rubbish. over the ton mark it gets to bouncey. mine will when funds allow be changed to bilsteins. thats what i had on the 8v

Got apex kit m astra coupe.
on old cally turbo i had bilstien shocks and spax springs. great. broke 1 and fitted eibachs, didn't like.
sure fraz thought similar to the eibachs.
every one Will have there views, only u Will ever know what u like.
trial and error over the years.
buy best that u can budget for.
