Need some help

Hi all, need a bit of help if poss does anyone work for vauxhall or know anyone that does i need a code for a vectra i just got as a run around, the code i need is for the car so i can get a new fob coz the one that came with car doesn't work so i have to lock car with the key and every time i open the car the alarm goes off so i have to start car to stop it, which is not nice at night, or can i disconnect the alarm to stop it from going off without it affecting anything else on the car, any hepl would be grateful.

you mean the car pass code? that is only available from Vauxhall so you will have to pay up to get it .....should only be £30

yea thats the one fraz, was hoping that someone on here might beable to try and get it for me rather than paying for it or do you know how to disable the alarm?

there is no way of getting it with out handing hard cash over, have you checked the paper work that came with your car as it might be in there if your lucky

it will be a credit card size piece of card, it will have security code, chassis number radio code (if it has one) etc written on it.

but yep ours are £25 + vat i think.

could possibly remove the power sounder? there is a technique to it though if you do. Also have you tried a new battery in the key fob? if you fit a new battery to it make sure you dont loose the chip in the key when you open it up!

yep u WILL need to pay and also take v5 doc and prof of id iirc thats what i needed to do and keep on at them after you have ordered it! the 1 i got they had to order 4 times cause they " lost it in the post"
