Confused about Londons Store2ltd

Hey. Im from Estonia.
I was searcing for a good and affordable Ipad and I found a store called Store 2 Limited.
Clubcalibra was the first and only place i could turn to about my problem.
So my question is, whats is with that? Is that a scam or the store really excists?

It´s Address: PEARL ASSURANCE HOUSE, 319 BALLARDS LANE, LONDON, N12 8LY

It has 2 homepages:

Weird part is, that in both homepages the contact information is different, but the aadress is the same.

Are here any folks, who can help me with that question? Or perhaps someone could visit that aadress and excactly find out, what is located in that aadress (London, 319 ballards lane). I would very appreciate that.

Thank you you these replies. I think that its not worth the risk. Better to visit that aadress and look into it.

But still, maybe someone could check that aadress out? What lies in that location in real life? Im just curious.

the company is according to records no longer a company....I doubt they are even trading now from that address...closed down in 2005
