its funny because i developed a small lump only a few years ago near my side but when doc examined me he said its dead muscle and he said best thing to do is keep doing what i was doing which was back in my other job unloading and loading container lorries been fine since.

iv developed a large lump over the last few years ma doctor said go on a diet you fat c**t
