Please ensure you have safe access to your meter and wires so that you are able to fit the device or arrange for someone else to fit it.

Well i got plenty of m8s who are sparkies that could fit mine so np for me, but yea if anyone is not to sure then get someone in to fit it for you.

You don't need a sparkie, it just clips around the main power feed.

Ive got the Britsh Gas version the sender unit just clips around the main cable in the meter box.

I'm with Npower already,have been for several years, and have repeatedly asked them about these , "we're not trialling them yet sir, don't know when we will be" etc etc

Asked to be notified when they finally started with them, didn't realise they would contact me by not letting me know and finding out from CC
