V6 wiring loom

[SE9V6]

I have an issue with my loom, my car is an SE9 V6, which i am told has the X25XE not a C25XE as its a later model (1997), and i have a few issues regarding engine management, and can't get it scanned on a dianostic, as all the contacts in the dianostic plug are badly corroded and two are missing. i have tried endlessly to source a loom, but with no luck.
A guy from a local garage said that you can just change the plug, but getting one of them is just as hard, if not harder than getting the whole loom.
Any advice on where i could get either from would be amazing, or if its possilble to change the plug for a later type of a vectra or something???

depends what two pins are missing though from the EML plug ...might be the A and B
