Air bag light

Whilst putting the dash and steering wheel back on
tonight the airbag and management light have came
on,does anyone know how to put these off
help would be appreciated :handgestures-thumbupleft:

when my air bag light came on i had to have it pluged in to a laptop to turn it out :(

we can turn your management light off not sure about the airbag one with our computer

What did you do, that required the Steering Wheel to be removed??? :think:

if you switched the ignition on with the airbag disconnected ..it will bring the light on until you get it reset ...our wee system does that :D

thats what happened to me (on the passeger side airbag) i rebuilt the glove box but did not put the plug in correct and knocked it out so when i started it the light stayed on till i had it reset

i made a bit of an a--se of that wee job
ive also not plugged the speedo cable
back in properly so back off tomorrow
again :bang:

Mate...

Did You fit any Coloured LED's in the Instrument Panel Warning Lights?

When I fitted the Dash LED's last week, I didn't unplug any of the Connections or remove the Steering Wheel...

I was told that the Steering Wheel should come off, but I'm glad I didn't listen...

mine's not got a cable and i cant think of any of the others we have worked on having one

Mate...

I agree that it would make working on the Dash easier...

But in doing so, You also create more un-necessary work as well... :doh:

So I'm glad I opted NOT to remove it...

Anyway, I hope You get it all sorted out soon...
