MOT failed..............
Hi All
I took my SE9 in for its MOT today...........
All was going ok. Emissions nice and low. Tester looks under the car says its not too bad for the year some rust on rear arms etc that needs treating and the brake pipes are borderline....
Next step is the brake force test which lasts all of 30 seconds as soon as pressure was applied to the back wheels one of the rear pipes gives up and dumps brake fluid everywhere.........
Luckily a friend of mine works at the garage doing the MOT test and is going to make up some new pipes for me.
Not happy but glad it went at the MOT not on the M25 where id just been driving before the test...........

Re: MOT failed..............
you'll find that at the mot they will put more force on the brakes than you will normally, iv had it happen a couple of times on MOT's but never had one pop when braking on the road, an easy fix tho so it will be a pass after that
