Tyre Recomendations?

by KERR_SE9 » Thu May 12, 2011 5:57 pm

Ho folks just put 4xToyo Proxe T1Rs on my turbo, went to get my wheel alignment done, and the 3 mile trip has scrubbed them allready, after my track session they'll be finished! Obviously mega soft! Anyone have any suggestions on brand?

Have used Pirelli P6000 which had a good life and grip. Got Continental Sport Contacts on now which are pretty good, but expensive.

Remember the 4x4 needs 4 at a time,plus cheap tyres=less grip

Yes cheap means less grip but if your only going to do one day why spend silly money as they will be F****d by the end of the day and you could have more than one set for your money, iv hancok if that how you spell it on the turbo and falcon on the v6 but i wouldn't go for the falcons

I like goodyear f1 eagle gsd3's, i find that they are grippy and last a long time, on the Z'd i have honkooks on the back and they are very sticky, and i have perelli p6000 on the front and i dont rate them very much
