fixing the v6

k am looking to do a few things on the v6 after my holiday....but need some advice on where to get the parts and what parts are best to use....
the list of jobs is

full service on the engine
replace the air filter on the induction kit
fix the oil leak
fix the oil pressure gauge
new brake light for rear spoiler
some way to get better fuel consumption
new locks on doors
new door straps

all suggestions welcome guys

Might not need door straps, could just be the plastic bushes on the bolt worn.
