funny enough i was talking to Steve about a diesel calibra the other day there :whistle:

if it was one of the newer diesel engines ,maybe but for me no i dont like, i have driven one and it wasnt nice to drive, but as i have said that was 11yeaers ago

i had a 1.7 turbo caviler and it was a great can but if i was going to do it i would like to use the vw tdi engine and chip it

using the 1.9 cdti engine out the vectra c would do

the 1.9 cdti engine is a fiat engine

VERY remapable up to 180bhp from the later ones

the 16v model- a tuning box gets you 200bhp and 430 nm torque!

but i would have to got with the 3.0l v6 diesel, very nice to drvie!

diesel conversion would be ok...have to be a common rail engine though and not that noisy lump.
