Scottish RR day results

by v6 steve » Sat Oct 23, 2010 11:00 pm

was a good day and a good turn out well done everyone that made it, its a pity that some didnt even call to say that they wherent coming, i forgott my camara but hope the others put up there's,

im not sure of eveyones results or if they want them up but the se2 did great Russ said it was well set up and wouldnt change anything its doing everthing that he would expect it to be doing

The others can copy and paste there's if they want

SE2 Turbo 4X4 ..............265BHP......................280LBFT
White Lightning 2............285BHP......................310LBFT .....it wasnt run to max as it was running lean but Russ reckons it would have made 300+bhp and 340+LBFT

Then we went back to my bit so Godon could fix his brakes (seems the carrier bolts had fell off)

Image

we all of course helped

Image

But Corran had to remind him he was doing it all wrong

Image

at this Gordon then buried his head under the bonnet, this caused us all much confusion

Image

he then really confused us when he started using his induction kit as a hair dryer

Image

now children this is what happens when you use an induction kit to dry your hair

Image

really was such a fright that young Corran took refuge ...eh in the refuse bin (well he is only 5)

White Lightning 2............285BHP......................310LBFT
SE2 Turbo 4X4 ...............265BHP......................280LBFT
David 3.0 v6 ..................200BHP
Ally 2.5 v6 .....................175BHP
Daz 2.0 16v ...................160BHP
Gordy 2.5 v6 ..................150BHP

Aldo MG v8.....................260BHp

was a good day, as usual had a great laugh with the lads. and it was good to see stevo turbo making the journey up, even though he wouldnt put his car on the rollers (chicken)
was expecting a little more from my v6 but like MrC's turbo mine was running a little lean so Russ wouldn't do a full power run :( but at least i know what needs done to cure it thanks to Russ's knowledge
