Just a update since V6 steve and the rest have just got there ...oh and its nice and hot apparently

after going through the barriers you will need to keep to the left, at the leisure centre there is a hard standing type road (track) this is the way you need to go, follow the track and over the bridge ...you should now see the rest of them on the left

on another issue

Also as most of you will not doubt be aware of, last year they started building a new leisure centre, with log flume and pools. This is now complete and you can also pre book passes in advance

3 day family ticket = 2 adults+ 2 Children = £30
1 day Family pass = £10
Adult single = £5
Child Single = £3

these are the pre booked discount rates apparently they now do not apply as it would seem you only get these prices if you had booked them in advance, and I cant seem to find anything about what the day rates are


update : It seems that I got it a wee bit wrong. They got told at the gate they could not get any of the above passes and could only go and pay on the day. That it would seem is not the case and you can (or should) still be able to get any of the above passes

If anyone has problems when they arrive, go to the Visitor center (it the first building) not the booking office, and ask to speak to someoen called Val ...who hopefully should sort things out
