Fuel tank sender project

by BigDaz » Sat Nov 26, 2016 11:33 pm

Awrite boys and girls me and my dad been doing some calibra R&D to see if we can come up resolutions to some annoying calibra problems like rusty fuel tank sender tops and crumbling rear disc covers as we where asked by some club members if we could make some better replacements for these items amongst others i am working on so we think by making them from stainless steel they will stand the test of time so us calibra owners don't have to worry about them again am starting this thread to see much interset there would be for these items as we would only be making them to order as for time scales fuel tank sender tops would be ready (approx) Dec 16 and rear disc cover's early 2017 rear disc cover pictures to follow

Nice work Daz. I'd be interested in both if I'm honest - neither have failed yet but it's only a matter of time... any ideas on cost yet?

Threads created in the CC members only chat section to capture orders for both items - please add you requests there.

Members only for the moment as Daz would like to limit production and members of the club take preference.

Price for fuel tank sender top will be £25 this will include shipping ( UK only )

If you need price for shipping to anywhere else please PM me and i will get some quotes sorted out

The 1st run of these sender tops will be limited to 10 pieces only

We will only start taking payments once the item has been test fitted by a trusted club member

Price for Rear disc backing plates TBA as these are in early R&D stages again numbers will be limited

First run numbers will be offered (once ready ) to people's name at the top of the list

Please PM me if you have any other questions
