there was one on ebay a couple of weeks ago with a 1.7 td the iszzu engine in it i fancey doning one one day diesel engines are getting more tune able by the day

I agree diesel engines are getting quick, but there just so much more heavy than a petrol lump, and you dont get anywhere near as good a sound

Remapped 3.0 24v CDTi would be good to see in a Calibra....although not sure how compatable it would be?, possibly not at all lol

i think a remapped 1.9 would be pritty quick it wouldnt have the same sound as the v6 but 50 mpg would do

a good diesel would p**s over quite a few things at the traffic light Gp and you could tweek the low compression turbo on the 1.9,
maybe you could record the sounds of a V6 and just play em on the stereo when your giving it the beans :lol:
