Help needed please

by vickyonform » Wed Feb 03, 2016 2:42 pm

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask so apologies if it isn't.
I'm from Essex in the UK and my late partner had a Calibra V6 which is in need of a lot of TLC, I don't want to just scrap it as if someone has the time it could be made good again. Where is the best place to advertise it? I know very little about cars but it has just been sat on my driveway for months now and I would just like to sell it on.
Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks.

It's a manual
170k miles
N Reg
Red
Leather seats but drivers seat worn
Cambelt went at low speed, no major damage my late partner was working on it before he died so the cover and Cambelt have been removed
Bodywork is rusting in areas, has a silver passenger mirror
The part where you put the key has been removed so not sure if my partner was sorting something out there too

Don't really know much else, I know nothing about cars as my late partner dealt with all that. I'm not expecting much for it as I just need it off my driveway. Might only be good for parts as I don't have a clue where any of the manuals or log book is but have been looking to see if I can find it.

Not expecting a lot for it, what would the scrap value be?

Photos added now.

Be nice if someone could take it away and save the parts for spares at least.
