Measured it and everything is OK just like you described.

Reading what you posted when you put up the pic of this connector about it having no voltage and then 12v (ish) - it sounds to me like you have bad wiring - it's not just a coincidence that you measured around 12v after you have moved the connector. I think it's making a connection sometimes and not others - moving/disturbing the connection like you have seems to now measure ok. The fact that the ABS unit made a noise when you grounded pin 3 is also suspicious.

I would be tempted to remake the connections if you can with some new wire, solder the wires and use heat shrink tubing on them - double check that you always get the same measurements then connect it back up.

It was making noise if I grounded one from those other 8 wires not the plug. But this time that I actually had power on all the pins and the ABS still didn't turn on at ignition... I don't know about this.

OK, I misunderstood you - probably best not to ground pins without knowing what they are.

There is of course some chance that the ABS light isn't working... did you check that?

If you definitely have power to the unit per your test and the relays are working and the bulb is good (and wiring to it) then it is starting to sound like a faulty ABS unit which is not good news.

Well I doubt it is just the bulb, I've tried braking super hard a couple of times and the ABS definately didn't engage. Will check everything again though. Replacing the ABS unit is not so expensive though, an used one is like 30€. Another quick question, do you know what kind of relay is used for the foglights? I noticed it is missing.

Nope I am missing 37 which I think is a foglight relay.

Got the relay but foglights still don't work so whatever. Today I noticed sometimes when turning the ignition on there's a noise that comes out of the ABS but still no light or signs of working. I recorded a video of it: https://youtu.be/6K10bLB2__0

Still no clue what could be the cause except faulty ABS computer.
